Kandelstik is a desktop application for macOS that provides traders with tools for:

• Visual trade journaling and documentation
• Interactive node-based canvas for mapping trading journeys
• Emotion tracking throughout trading activities
• Strategy checklists and plan adherence analysis
• Trading activity heatmaps and analytics
• Integration with TradingView chart screenshots for level extraction

The App is designed for educational and self-improvement purposes to help traders document and analyze their own trading decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Kandelstik, you agree to:

• Use the App for personal trading education and journal documentation only
• Make your own independent trading decisions based on your analysis
• Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not rely on the App as your sole source of trading information or analysis
• Keep backup copies of your trading data stored within the App
• Report any technical issues or bugs to our support team

4. Appropriate Use Guidelines

6. Payment Terms

Kandelstik is offered as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to your purchased version. The current price is $69 USD per license. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

By purchasing the App, you acknowledge that:

• All sales are final unless covered by our refund policy
• You are purchasing a license for personal use only
• The license is non-transferable
• Free updates and bug fixes are included for your major version
• Major version upgrades are optional and require a separate purchase
• You may continue using your purchased version indefinitely, even if you choose not to upgrade

7. Free Trial and Licensing

Before purchasing, you can explore Kandelstik with our 14-day free trial. The trial gives you full access to all features to help you evaluate if the app meets your needs.

After purchase, you will receive a license code via email and gain access to our customer portal where you can:

• Activate your license on your Mac
• Deactivate devices if you want to use the license on a different Mac
• Manage your license status and support access
• Download the latest version of the app

Your license is valid for the major version you purchased and can be managed through the customer portal at any time.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the App within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@kandelstik.com. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

Refund requests must include your order confirmation and reason for the refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds for purchases that appear to violate these Terms of Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and all its components, including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface, and documentation, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kandelstik or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kandelstik operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
